If you have experienced multiple pregnancy losses, you might find yourself wondering "What if I personalize my lovey and then I have another loss?"  You are not alone in your fears. The Personalization Promise guarantees you additional stars at no cost to you should you need them in the future; just pay shipping.

If you need an additional star for your lovey:

1.) Add this item to your cart and head to checkout.

2.) Use code PERSPROM at checkout for free shipping - you will be invoiced later. THIS CODE IS NOT VALID ON NEW ORDERS

3.) Make sure to enter your email at checkout - this is how you will receive a return shipping label to return your lovey to us.

4.) If you need more than one star added, please specify in the special instructions section, otherwise only one will be added to your lovey. 

5.) Once we receive your lovey, we will fulfill your order and ship it back to you!

6.) You will receive an invoice for shipping (which will include the shipping both ways).
